"5 Star upgraded two showers for us replacing very old fiberglass tubs. One was upgraded to a beautiful walk in shower and the other a wonderful deep tub. Brian was very professional, respectful of our home and quick as both jobs were done in less than 3 days. Mike and Steve did an excellent job explaining all our options and was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend them."

"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"It went great. The toilet ended up needing to be replaced as well. Kevin and Anne worked with the plumber to ensure that the toilet we wanted was able to be installed quickly. Kevin did a quality check twice after the repair was complete. He noticed that the floor wasn't quite right. It was fixed the next day. Anne was extremely helpful, thorough and explained every step of the process. They were able to work us in so that we had everything completed by Thanksgiving. It was a great experience. "I needed my front door replaced. I ordered the door myself from Lowe's that was on sale. Set an appointment on a Thursday and they came on Saturday. Josh was very kind, friendly and professional. He wore a mask due to covid which was very conciderate. The door didn't take long and looks great. He also replaced the outside and inside framing. After installation he cleaned the area inside and out. Great service and great company. I recommend them to any and everyone and will definitely use their services in the future. Ten stars!"
