"I called Atomic Rooter around 2:30 pm and they had someone out at the house by 4:30 pm on the same day.    The piping on the faucet copper line had burst last winter and the entire faucet needed to be replaced.  Access was from the outside and I had already removed the external cedar shingles and cut the access hole before calling for service.
Normally, I do these types of repairs myself but the piping was in tight quarters.  There was a flexible water line connected to a  fitting with the frost free faucet attached.    One look told me it would be better to have a professional do this job to avoid a potential mistake on my part and damage to the flexible line and fitting.   
The service technician made the repair in about 20 minutes without damaging the flexible line.    The new frost free faucet is sturdy and won't be needing future repairs.   I was also given some tips on how to the freezing problem in the future.

One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."
