"I am not a review writer at all, however, I felt it only fair to write a review for Eric and Just Rite HVAC after a wonderful experience. This company and Eric the owner are, in a word, the BEST! I needed main floorâ s central AC replaced. A friend recommended me to Eric. I texted him and he responded with a few hours. setting up an appointment was fast and easy. Eric was knowledgeable and timely. My job was extremely difficult based on the location of my air handler and there was a high chance the ceiling would need to be opened for access. When Eric arrived for the job he inspected further and said he was going to try not to have to open the ceiling for access. He and his crew went well beyond what anybody else would have done and meticulously dismantled the old air handler piece by piece. It was time consuming, difficult and energy consuming. But they were able to do and saved me from having a gaping hole in my ceiling. They did an excellent job setting up the new air handler in the same location and even fixed errors the previous installer had made! The entire crew were highly professional, courteous and clean. They put down drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up everything when they were done. I highly, highly, and without reservation, recommend Eric and Just Rite HVAC and will tell anybody I know about them."

There is no question that we made the right choice to use this company. From the pleasant attitude of the receptionist to the sales people and technical support, they showed concern as to what system would be best for our needs without pressure to upsell items. They came to our house on time and evaluated our house and made recommendations as to what they felt was the appropriate replacement system to satisfy our needs. "I moved into my new home on 7/8 and knew I needed to replace the 20 year old hot water heater. The water was warm in the shower and brown. Originally, I planned on getting a tankless unit, but that was prohibitively expensive and not allowed in my community. Taking the next prudent steps, I secured my three estimates. Not only was AquaFlow the least expensive, but when I met Enrique, I knew I wanted to work with him on this project and all future plumbing issues. He explained what needed to be done, secured the tank from the supply dealer, and showed up at 9:00 AM promptly as promised. It was originally planned to be a two man job, but the other person couldn’t make it. Enrique did the entire job on his own. I was amazed. He worked until 5:00 PM. I asked why he didn’t just reschedule with me, but he stuck to the date and time he gave me. "We were blown away by the quality, efficiency of work, attention to detail and customer service of Precision Plumbing & Heating from the very first interaction and throughout the entire process. Over-the-phone and in-person James was professional, highly communicative and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our telephone call was responded to immediately. James came over the very same day to review our list of items we were considering having done. Clear and intelligent advice was provided and a reasonable quote was submitted the next day; work was scheduled for a couple of days later that was able to meet out tight deadlines for getting the work accomplished. The list was long...old corroded jumbled waste pipes, in danger of failure, were expertly replaced. A couple of old damaged faucets were replaced cleanly and professionally.
