She asked me if I still needed their service, I said yes we had been waiting five hours. when the Plummer got there he seemed put out. He said something about being backed up, to which I said we've been waiting five hours and nothing else was said. He looked at our toilet, it took him less than ten minutes to diagnosed the problem. He said he had to order a part and went outside to infer with their parts department. Ten minutes later, I get a call from the dispatcher quoting me a price for a the simple fix. I told them I was not interested in hiring them. The price of the fix was greater than the price of a new toilet."
