"My technician Mark was excellent. He worked with me to get to the true source of a slow leak, one of the most difficult problems to diagnose and solve. He showed up promptly the first day I reported the issue to the website, and stayed until we had fully diagnosed the issue. He showed great patience and listened and carefully listened to the full history of the issue I was having with a leak in my ceiling. I had been having water come through the drywall in my ceiling, and when I cut open a hole to find the source, I could see water running off a large black pipe. I assumed the joint of the pipe was leaking, so I attempted to seal it up with flex seal. I closed up the ceiling, but the dripping returned. I thought I must not have closed up the pipe completely, so I cut another hole open and took a look. Mark came and looked at the roof and the hole in the ceiling, and after we put our heads together we realized that the pipe could not be the only source of the leak, because there was water coming from at least two different places. Mark cut away insulation and other material from the ceiling further away from the pipe, and it became apparent that the water was just running down the pipe but was leaking through the base of the roof. By taking the time to trace the source he saved me hundreds of dollars, rather than jumping to conclusions and simply ripping out the pipe that seemed to be the cause of the leak. I am very grateful that he took the time to get to the source of this issue, I could have spent another 6 months trying to fix this, and wasted thousands of dollars in the process."
