They took a 70 year old brick house, with a deck on the back side and turned it into a beautiful home with the most awesome Sunroom that you could ask for. Upon completion, they reattached my deck to the Sunroom. Carlos Flores (the owner) is an outstanding businessman that knows the value of “Yes”. He, and his crew, can and will do whatever you need done to make you happy. They relate well to their customers with the utmost in respect for you personally as well as your property and time. At the end of each work day, they clean up after themselves, and haul off to the dump any materials and scraps that naturally come with the job. Their workmanship and overall work ethic led me to not only build a sunroom, but to build out a bathroom in my basement and redo my kitchen floors! I also had them take out a 100ft tree and lay in a new patio outside of my new sunroom. Whatever you need, A+ can do. When Carlos says no job is too small - believe him. "We had structural repairs needed to our ceiling joist. Being an older house with old construction techniques the joist had settled at different heights and some were sagging. I asked for referrals and Matt Ford was at the top of the list. Matt came out and looked at our needs and put a well detailed plan together- engineer approved. He tested our ceiling to confirm if it had asbestos. They put up barriers where working and kept things very clean. I was updated with photos as the work progressed. Had this not been done properly major structural damage could have occurred when things were cut to install a new support beam. We could not be happier and feel good knowing this part of the house is solid now. We highly recommend Fords siding and remodeling and will use him again for our next project."

Joe Marshall at Prime Time Custom Homes, LLC called me the same day and offered his services. I accepted his free estimate and he assembled and arranged the materials delivery and craftsmen the same week. The efficiency of the crew finished the job in less than five hours. They did good work. Started at 8:30am and finished by 1:00 pm.. The job was a 26’ by 8’ deck roof , shingles and enclosed beaded plywood underneath so as to hide nails and rafters. All I have to do is trim, stain and paint to myself and the wife's liking. So pleased to know that this level of quality work is obtainable in these times. Thank you Joe Marshall."

"Wonderfully! Jonathan planned it all out and worked efficiently and neatly to remodel the barn into more usable space. Part of the barn is workshop, part is garden equipment storage and the upper level is an abundance of household storage. He built a staircase to replace the old ladder which is so much safer and more efficient. Very satisfied with his work."
