They said, "We're gonna get one from the concrete company" so they sent me their lien release from the concrete company. They were fine. They didn't do anything wrong.  They cleaned up everything. They were good. They filled up the driveway and the walkway part is covered with pavers. They pulled out one of the pipes and it came out suddenly. They knocked the whole base of the ceiling. "We were very impressed with the job they did. There was a lot of work to be done. They had to install two new beams, one on either side of the rotten beam to bare the weight of the house. They installed jacks every few feet that are adjustable so if they need to be adjusted, we can go under there and do that ourselves. The whole underside is sealed off and a new scuttle hole was put in. The dehumidifier works great. We also had all of our air conditioner ducts replaced after they left so that everything under the house is brand new. We are very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend this company.They completed the work in about four days. They showed up on time and put in a full days work each day. <br />"
