Cons: The tech started into the upsale immediately, suggesting to almost double what we expected to pay and wasn't too happy when we declined (another reason we stopped using the Company that turned their techs into sales people). He had been there about 1 1/2 hours when he discovered we had a vinyl vent which can't be safely cleaned because it may tear or break. Time was wasted to learn the vent needs to be replaced. Also, he didn't pay attention when I pointed out which 2nd story cover was for the dryer because we found the one for the bathroom on the ground later, which is there to keep birds out."
