"This is an American US Citizen company with working American employees. Cole arrived with 18 yrs of electrical experience. WOW he knows his stuff. I had a ancient electrical box with federal breakers which are known to cause fires. Cole said my old box was in bad shape. It was a no brainer to spend the money and upgrade to general electric breakers. I also hired him to hard wire my carbon and smoke detectors. Job #1 took 2 days. The other work will be done in August 2021. For an experience electrician this is your company."

"Today we had a major upgrade to our farm. Our cabin and tool shed had electricity but our new feed shed didn't. We also only had a few outlets just to run basic things. We had looked for over a year for someone local and had gotten several estimates, but a few people we wanted to go with were not licensed. "Project: Upgrade meter base, from 200A to 400A, and replace/upgrade electrical panels with Leviton smart breakers (which I purchased). We planned on having the electricity turned off for two days to complete the installation. Everything went as expected, by the 2nd day the county inspector passed the meter base install. When the electric company came out, they immediately stated that it was wired incorrectly and could not turn the electricity on. I called Mr. Electric around 5:30 pm, Tom (the owner) called me right back and had his guys back first thing the next morning (they originally were scheduled to be back later that day). They resolved the issue but we had to get a new inspection completed before the electric company came back out. When the inspector did arrive, he apologized for the other inspectors error. The electric company came out and we had electricity by 4:30 pm (3rd day). On the 4th day, they came back out to label the breakers, which they did without issue. Everyone was very polite and respectful but I would not hire them for a big job like that again. While two wrongs don't make a right, it was a huge inconvenience to repack the family to stay elsewhere from home another night. Plus, an additional $50 in dry ice to keep the freezers and refrigerator cold."

"Jackson EMC did their part in the cut off of the power and removing the powerlines from the mask on top of my house they dug the ditch and put new wire down the pole and to the house. My electrician, Mr. Edwards install the new meter box and breaker box, he also helped me remove and install siding behind the meter box.
