"Adams will be my go-to pest control service moving forward. I found a yellow jacket nest in my yard while mowing and put out a request for service via Angi. Adams was quick to respond and O'Connor came out to inspect. He was flexible in scheduling a time to come out and deal with it the next day. Here's the thing, on that first day he was out, we walked over a portion of my yard to get to inspect the nest...when he returned the next day, he found a second nest that popped up literally overnight in the portion of the yard we had walked over. It was crazy! So, O'Connor knocked out both nests and did two sweeps over the entirety of my yard to look for any more. The treat was quick and thorough, and both nests were done within 48 hours. Couldn't ask for better service or a nicer group of people to work with. And they're locally owned, which makes it even better!"

He offered us several options for service with no pressure tactics, which we liked. High pressure sales turn us off immediately. We opted for seasonal treatments. Their contact covers all pests except for mice. This first experience was great. Time will tell if they Service is as good asvwrvrxpectbitvtonbe in exterminating our “pests.”"

"I have known owner, John, for a VERY long time and enjoyed using him for needs both, at my home and office building. John is Extremely knowledgeable in all things pests, as well as being Personable and Professional. When you use Stryker Pest Control you get the BEST Service there is from the person who answers the phone to the technician who performs the service. On this particular occasion I suspected I had a problem in my house crawl space. John thoroughly inspected the crawl space and no holes or pests. However, he did notice (as I had recently noticed myself) "crystals" in my crawl space. This is caused by TOO MUCH Moisture and can lead to other problems. I do have a humidifier but it was not "doing the job." I re-read the manual and found settings. I have taken it off "continuous" mode so I can lower the humidity level desired as well as turned on the "Turbo" button for Maximum moisture removal. I see a LOT of water coming out of the machine now. I've had many people in my basement with a 2016 water main break and 2018 for replacement of sump pump and all drains to the street. However, NO ONE noticed that my cement bricks were too moist like John did! So, once again, I learned some valuable information from John! Don't even Consider contacting ANY Other Company for Pest Control. Stryker is the BEST!!"

"I contacted Environmental Pest Management through their website and received a return call from Jason within 30 minutes. We discussed our pest control needs - we had 5 LARGE field ant nests in our yard and everything we had tried to get rid of them just made the ants angry and stronger. Jason suggested their quarterly program which runs $140 per treatment. With the Columbus Blue Jackets referral discount, the first treatment is free. We scheduled our first treatment within a few days. Jason arrived and treated our yard and the outside of our home. He left a message on my cell phone explaining what was done and that we should not see any more ants. He explained that if we do see any insects, he would return and treat again without charge. We have not seen any more live ants (LOTS of dead ones) and have seen a drastic decrease in the insects found in the house."

"Apparently, I neglected to hire a company smarter than a 'possum. After three days, they removed the traps and left a note saying no animal was present. I called the office and they agreed to come out again. Again they just set up the trap and, while I was out of town, removed it in three days with a "no animal" note on the door. I was charged $200 and never given my Angie's List discount. One day later, I saw the possum going back under the shed. When I called back, they refused to come out again. The 'possum is laughing at Critter Control, but I am not."
