"I contacted Wilson Brothers Landscaping for help with two problems: (1) I had a bad erosion problem on the side of my house because water from the backyard would rush down the side and wash away so much soil that roots from the trees were exposed; and (2) I wanted to improve the landscaping in the front of the house to create some curb appeal while making it “senior friendly” and easier to maintain. Keith Carpenter visited my property twice to answer all of my questions and advise what could be done. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the proposal that he gave me. The erosion problem was solved by installing a drain box and 4” corrugated pipe that collects the runoff in my backyard and takes it through a dry creek bed that they installed that now connects my backyard to my front. My property front was improved by taking out all of the old, high maintenance plants and replacing them with lower maintenance and colorful new shrubs that look great with the front of my house; new sod was installed to reduce the size of the island and fill in where it had been neglected; and pine straw to finish everything off. Keith and his crew worked **** ** the project for nearly a week and as I watched them picking and placing all of those heavy rocks by hand for the dry creek bed, I was grateful that Wilson Brothers had the right people on the job. We couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome and I highly recommend Wilson Bros."

"The entire experience was awesome.  I started calling for quotes in February.  Tim called me back almost immediately and set an appointment to come out.  When he came out, he told me the work we wanted done couldn't be done until April/May depending on how the rest of the winter and spring went.  He explained that the ground had to be a certain temperature before he could lay the sod.  Making sure the job was done correctly was his foremost concern.  When the weather was finally ready, the work was completed in the timeframe he originally told me.  He did not go over budget.  The quality of the work was superb.  We had neighbors coming to look at our backyard all weekend!  We could not be happier with how it turned out.  There was not one scrap of clean-up that we had to do.  He took care of everything. "<strong>Everything went very, very well.</strong>  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>Estimate & Quotes:</strong>  Reliable HVAC provided informed and specific technical guidance during the estimation process, and were very willing and responsive in adjusting their quotes to our specific situation and needs.  Their estimator, Kyle Rice, understood our requirements and was technically proficient in Mini-Split systems, which is not a common thing.  He was patient and diligent in working through the quotes, given the unique circumstances. He was able to coordinate the system purchase, system install and the additional electrical work without the "per task" menu pricing that seems to be the common practice in residential work.  This was handled much more like a business transaction between two informed parties; and we appreciated that. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>Electrical</strong>:  The electrical team arrived on schedule (after calling 30 minutes prior) and proceeded to install the subpanel, wiring and 230 outlet for the system.  Both Terry and Jeremy were extremely professional and efficient.  Great work, excellent clean-up and very impressive technical and communication skills; Reliable Electrical is a solid operation. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>HVAC</strong>: Mike and Mike arrived about 30 minutes after the electricians, right on schedule.  Very well educated on the Mini-Split system, and were able to confirm installation location, indoor-to-outdoor unit combination, drainage, and other specifics.  Were able to confirm that the system would perform exactly as we envisioned.  Installation took about 2.5 hours including drilling through brick exterior and situating outdoor compressor on concrete pad.  They fully tested and vetted the unit, insured proper condensation drainage (these units are 20+ SEER) and ran the system exactly as specified by Mitsubishi.  I received all the materials that came with the unit, minus the packing boxes which they removed.  They sealed the hose & power portal / replaced the insulation / cleaned up / rechecked the drainage and left, with me as a happy camper.  The system took an 1800 sq.ft. from 80 degrees / 88% humidity to 70 degrees / 55% in no time.  The inverter technology is incredible.
