"CR Plumbling is the only plumber I will ever use or refer to someone in this area. For the past 3 years, we have been dealing with a shower leak in our guest bathroom. We have had 5 plumbers from two local companies, including two master plumbers, try to assess and resolve the issue to no avail. After many appointments, attempts, invoices, and damage to our home along the way, I had almost thrown in the towel. I gave it one last shot with CR Plumbing, and I'm so thankful I did. I sent an inquiry at 11 pm on a Thursday, and by 8 am Friday morning, I had a phone call to walk through the problem and schedule a service call. Knowing we had been through the ringer, we were scheduled to meet with Clay, the owner, which was comforting to know they took the repair so seriously. He also brought along two additional plumbers to ensure many perspectives were taken to make sure it was fixed right the first time. They were able to identify the problem almost immediately and it didn't require cutting through any walls, ceiling, or tile. They ordered the parts they needed and were back the next day to repair the shower. It was quick, effective, and cost efficient. They also maintained COVID protocols throughout the visit, which put us at ease. I'm happy to say that for the first time in 3 years, we can finally use our shower! Thank you, Clay and Phil! "I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. I had a friend with a similar problem a few weeks ago who got a huge quote from another plumber. I told her to give Morgan a call. Again, they found the leak and were able to perform a reroute that saved her money over the tunneling proposed by the other guy and Morgan was able to get to the job sooner to boot. This is definitely one of those cases of you getting what you pay for. They are a highly skilled company, do quality work, and won't try to jerk you around for more costly or complicated solutions. "I called Young's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning very early and expected to get an answering service and have to wait for a call back. Imagine my surprise when a plumber answered the phone and was at my house about 30 or 45 minutes later. They were here for about 2 minutes and found the source of the problem. It took them a very short amount of time to fix the problem. They then went above and beyond their jobs by cleaning up the water caused by the broken water line and the additional mess you will find under a refrigerator that hasn't been moved in awhile because I am disabled. I honestly thought when I received the bill that I would have to take a 2nd mortgage because it was 8 on a Saturday morning after all. I could not believe how low his bill was for all they did. I am a loyal customer from today forward!!

"I originally asked Stacey for a quote last March, when I had to have some pipework done under the house and I thought I might be able to roll them in together and save some money. That didn't work out, so I had to put off the renovation. I recently had a hip replaced and am about to have the other replaced and it's very difficult to manage showers with the old setup. I decided to ask Stacey if he was available although it was very short notice. (I think he fit me in within less than three weeks.) Stacey's quote was $7500 and he stayed with this same price although six months had passed. The price included demo, providing and installing hardie board, laying the shower floor, building the shower frame, building a chair-height bench, providing and installing a new toilet and vanity, providing and installing a new light/fan/heat combination, installing miscellaneous bathroom hardware (that I provided - towel rack and toilet paper holder), installing a large mirror (that I provided) to replace the medicine cabinet, providing and installing new floor tile, new shower floor and wall tile including an accent tile, providing and installing new shower fixtures, providing and installed a new glass shower door, providing paint and painting everything that wasn't tiled including the linen closet. (I think that's everything!) The work took just shy of seven days. In everything, Stacey went above and beyond. (I was surprised that he worked with the crew and worked very hard.) Most of all, he managed my expectations very well. I was concerned about the shower door because the only kind I could remember seeing were the frameless, hinged style, and the sliding door he chose had a frame at the top and bottom (not in the middle). At first I really wanted those entirely frameless doors, but thank God he talked me down. In such a small bathroom, they would have been a nightmare. The towel rack that I ordered from that big online retailer arrived with the end open, and Stacey discovered that one of the screws was missing (and the hole stripped), so I'm guessing this item had actually been returned and then re-sent to me. Stacey did a workaround and it looks beautiful. He also was very helpful in guiding me with choices. There are so many choices out there in tiles and paint colors and EVERYTHING that I nearly shut down just trying to pick out accent tile. He provided paint cards so I could choose colors. Finally, he knew I had some blinds in my front window that I had installed improperly and now (recovering from the surgery) am not able to fix myself. He installed these for me as well! I just really couldn't be happier with the work. I highly recommend Calahan Construction. FYI, I asked Stacey if he does floor tile for the rest of the house (he does) and I am looking forward to working with him again on this project in the coming months."

"Amazing value! Incredible service! Top notch communications! I called Mark Masters at 3:30 PM and told them I had seen their disposal install special on Angie's List, and wanted to schedule their service. The appointment was scheduled for the next day between 10:00 AM and Noon. The next morning I received a text around 8:00 AM from Mark stating that an earlier appointment had cancelled and asking if they could come earlier. I said yes, the plumber (Seth) was at my house within 15 minutes, and the install was complete in about 30 minutes. Seth was clean cut and polite, the kind of guy you'd trust around your grandmother. No kidding. I plan on using Mark Masters Service Co. for all my future plumbing needs. I know this sounds like a commercial, it's not. They're just that good."

"The two service men arrived promptly and were professional in their approach to things. They told us what they were going to do and proceeded to setup their equipment. The first part of the process is determining where all the vents are and then removing all the covers. They did this part quickly and got to work right away. Opening the vents in older homes, of course some of them were painted and some immediately caused dust to drop. They proceeded to run through the cleaning, took their time, explained the optional services that could be provided. With this being a new house to us, we decided to add the additional services. I always expect an up-sell with promotion deals, so I figured this in and I was fine with their prices. The dryer vent was a mess, so I was glad that was taken care of. Once everything was done, they put all the vent covers back on and vacuumed up the house. Overall I was happy with the service when they left. 
I did mark this review as "No, I would not use them again" and that's because I've been finding loose screws all over my house for months since they were here. When they took all our vent covers down, instead of replacing the original screws, they must have used new ones and the old ones were left behind. Having stepped on one or two of them, I wasn't thrilled and it would be dangerous if we had kids.
I can't say the work was bad at all - I was happy with the clean pipes that I could see and they were very nice - but the leftover screws bothered me.
