We had a horrible backup in the kitchen sink where every time someone above us used their kitchen sink, the water backed up into ours. And this happened over the long weekend. Noel and Eddy took time off their vacation and helped us unclog the main line which had several clogs. They snaked 50ft and worked on it for hours ensuring the clogs were completely removed and water flow has been excellent since. Thanks guys, you are real life savers!!"

"I thought the on the whole went excellent. The workers were extremely efficient and professional, and the quality of the work done was absolutely top notch. The work took 2 days for completion. 90% of the work was done on Day 1. Day 2 consisted of building a concrete porch/ramp for my side unit apt. As far as pricing goes, I would say their pricing was good. I had gotten a few other quotes, and Mezzacappa's pricing was slightly lower. Now I'm sure if I went bargain hunting I could have found someone cheaper. However I wasn't looking for cheap, I was looking for value. Quality work at a fair price done quickly. "Carlos and his team is AMAZING!!! I will ABSOLUTELY recommend him for anyone who needs a good contractor for renovation project! He is not only a great GC professionally, but also a good friend with valuable advice / feedback! For context, we were doing a major and complicated renovation, involving complete demolition, space extension, story addition, building out deck, and complete gut renovation inside. Carlos is obviously very capable of major job involving structural changes as well as smaller projects. He also proved to be capable, reliable, patient, and trustworthy. This is especially important and helpful as neither my husband nor myself were able to stay on site to provide guidance / supervision. He and the team worked very hard and completed the work beyond our satisfaction. He always accommodated our schedule to discuss next steps / follow up on weekends. "Matthew, owner of Ayers Construction, was very professional as well as personable.   <br /> We are owners of new construction and sad to say, our builder did not do a great job.  Given all the problems we've discovered since recently moving in (and after being stood up 4 times by other contractors), Matthew was indeed a "breath of fresh air"!! <br /> He went out of his way to make sure that our needs were taken care of and even pointed out things that needed repair that we didn't even realize.  As an example, one of our kitchen drawers was not shutting properly causing damage to the side of the drawer. Once he repaired it, he checked all the other drawers and discovered several others were not aligned correctly as well. Had he not taken the initiative to check, we would have eventually had the same issue.  Throughout the house we found that our tiled floors were not fully grouted, paint job was unprofessional, doors were coming off the hinges - too many things to list.  There was not enough time to get all the repairs completed. "We first worked with Greg on a $35,000 patio several years back. We've never been so happy with a home improvement project in the 20 years we've owned our home. Since then anything to do with landscaping or hardscaping we just call Greg. Big job or small he is always responsive and provides the same high quality work on maintenance and repairs as he does to building a patio or other larger projects. I think excellence is the only way he and his team know how to work. In all honesty we don't even check prices any more. I bid the jobs the first few times we worked with him and he was always competitive or better. Its all about value when you can pay standard pricing and get outstanding results."
