"First off, Craig and Gene at River Divide Construction are two of the nicest guys you will ever meet. But that isn’t what makes them great for the job. When you consider they have very competitive prices for a project and the knowledge and skills to complete the project in a very timely manner and to your satisfaction, those are two important components to an excellent contractor/builder. Additionally, their communication skills are way above average. They actually answer and return calls and texts in a very timely manner. They even called me to say they would be running late. Who does that anymore?!? That level of communication is huge in my estimation. Our project was to build an attached two-car garage and to pave our driveway with concrete. River Divide was able to start within just a couple of weeks after signing the contract, when other contractors I spoke with estimated it would be months down the road before they would be able to start. In today’s world there are so many factors that can throw off schedules - building material shortages, subcontractor coordination, and weather all play a part in scheduling - but I’m thankful that with River Divide, for the most part everything went according to plan. There were a couple things that were not right (and not to my liking) in our build, but those issues were resolved when I brought them to River Divide’s attention. And Craig reminded several times that their job was to make me happy - and they did. All said and done, they did a great job. We are happy with everything. And several of our neighbors have stopped by and commented on how beautiful the end product looks! Thank you, Craig and Gene. I would do business with you again."

"When looking on Home advisor, I had contractors respond, never show or call!! Les with Turner Exteriors came out, wrote up the contract, and sure the weather as not been the best from Jan-1st week in March, But Lori stayed in touch every week and today 2nd of March, the job is Complete. Thanks too all the guys, I know there names, just don't want to mis-spell them..."

"Impossible to answer questions as nothing as been done yet as waiting list is 12 to 16 weeks out. The measuring for the sunroom was on time as stated during ordering, but the person measuring for the new doors didnt show up for appointment, and after waiting three weeks, I had to call Champion to find out why. Their phone system is worthless and after waiting all day for someone to return my call, I again called. The first call sent me to a mailbox that stated mailbox full and call back. I then called back and had another person answer. She was unable to connect me with anyone (manager) as they never answer her call. Then I called the salesperson who came to our home. He contacted someone and they came to measure for doors in a few days. Every person that I had direct contact with were pleasant and knowledgeable. Phone operators were also pleasant, but useless to us when they are ignored by company representatives."

"Due to the pandemic some things were a week or two slower but once they started their projects it was well done. The windows were put in with a craftsman's quality and they improved our home. The roofer and gutter teams did an excellent job and we no longer have the leak or the rain water running down our exterior walls from the roof. There were two windows that needed to be frosted that didn't come at the installation time but later were brought by the owner of the company. All in all we are well pleased."
