So, I was really happy that the team at 1st and Goal Pest & Animal Control was on point to remove the nest and eliminate the Hornets from our backyard. Ant this was no small task as the nest was upwards of 30 feet hanging form a branch. They came up with an innovative approach using a long extension pole and swatting the nest off the branch. "We just bought a house and had no idea what condition our gutters were in, plus we didn't have a ladder high enough to check the 2 story high gutters. Two guys showed up, went to work right away, performed small repairs to the gutters, which was included in the service; we could hear the one guy placing some new nails (or screws) to re-secure the gutters, while the other guy blew out the downspouts. "Michael and his staff at Above All are phenomenal. It is nice to experience a company that is all about 100% customer satisfaction in today's day and age. I have a summer rental property and my tenant advised me there were ants in the kitchen. Michael had a technician there THE SAME DAY. The next afternoon, my tenant said the ants were worse. I called Michael and he said that it's not unusual for the problem to get worse in the immediate term because the bait attracts the ants, who then bring the poison back to the nest. Typically, the problem improves soon after that. But he pointed out that he knew tenants paid good money to enjoy their vacation and he scheduled another technician come out the next morning, a Saturday. Being a changeover day, the tenant departed early to beat the traffic off of LBI. I met the technician at the house and, of course, there was no sign of ants. The bait worked just as Michael said it would. But the technician wanted to make sure I was confident the problem was solved since I had another tenant coming in that day, and he treated and baited the property again. I got to observe this time and it is an extremely thorough treatment that they do. Under the house in the crawl space, outside the house, in the kitchen, around the kitchen and bathroom under sink plumbing, under the dishwasher, behind the stove. He even located the nest. And what did this all cost? Nothing! I have a contract with Above All to treat quarterly (at a very reasonable price), and there was no charge to eliminate this problem, despite my offer to pay for their prompt and duplicate service calls. I highly recommend Above All Termite and Pest Control. You won't be disappointed."

"On a Sunday morning we heard a sound in our fireplace flue. Apparently a squirrel had fallen down our chimney (there was a cap but no screen) and was stuck. I called a few “wildlife services” that were open on Sundays and none dealt with catching a squirrel; only places that would set traps. One man wanted $300 to open flue and let the squirrel run out the front door. That was not a solution for us. I called a few places on Monday morning and the first to return call was Philadelphia Wildlife Removal. They are apparently a referral service because they said a person would return call. I then heard from Tom M. who works for Conserv Pest & Wildlife Service. He said the price was $199. He was here by 1pm and came on time. He attempted to entice the squirrel into a bucket. The squirrel was not going to move. Plan B was to drop a cord down the chimney with bait and the squirrel would probably go up the rope and out of chimney. He used our neighbor’s roof to get to the chimney . He said to listen the next day. I did and heard no sound. I assumed the squirrel left. I then opened the flue to release the cord and the DEAD squirrel dropped out. I removed him with barbeque tools and discarded him (poor squirrel). Tom was great though and worked for quite a while trying o entice him. The price was fixed so if he had to climb on roof or come back again, it was included. He even offered to put in a screen. "The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great.  They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again.  Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.
