We had some questions after the fact and owner was responsive and helpful. Specifically we wanted an 80 gallon one and we went down to a 50 gallon because the newest 80 gallon ones come with a heat pump and have proven to be expensive and problematic, with manufacturer not honoring warranty or a shortage of pros who are not equipped to deal with issues that arise. Owner suggested adding a mixing valve which increases capacity and so far our needs have been met. We are considering installing a 2nd unit bit opted to wait to see if it's even necessary. Price was reasonable and no issues so far."
