"We had a great experience with aqueduct. We were able to get them out on short notice to fix a pipe that had burst on Christmas Eve. We had such a positive experience that we had Clayton come out again and redo that entire section of piping (cpvc to PEX). It ended up being a pretty extensive job but he knocked it out within a day and even added some additional insulation to help avoid from future freeze ups. One additional thing: being able to book Clayton online for a specific time window was so helpful. we didn't want to bother with calling folks on Christmas, so his website made it easy to book a time slot without having to wait around to call and then wait to potentially get a response, being able to book online helped us avoid all of that! "The guys who replaced the valve were very nice to work with, and the job appears well done. They responded very quickly to my request, which was great! Originally quoted $400 for 1.5 hour job, which seems excessive, but it’s getting harder to find reasonable prices these days, so maybe that’s ok for some people. There is a nut on the valve that came loose, and caused the leak, and I actually repaired it myself by tightening it back up. I am surprised that this was not offered as an initial solution. Although I fixed the valve myself in a few seconds, the valve was still extremely old, so the fellas offered to replace it for $300, which was still high in my opinion, but I really appreciated the willingness to compromise on price. In summary, I received excellent service, but personally unlikely to hire again due to high cost."

"Great. Rob came and looked at the leak and asked me if I wanted him to try and fix it instead of replacing it. To replace it would have required cutting a hole in the stipple ceiling (maybe two) and possibly emptying and moving a China closet away from the wall. Not only would that have cost almost 3 times the final bill but I would have had to hire someone to repair the damage to the ceiling afterward. Rob took the faucet apart, cleaned it up, replaced the washer and screw and all was well!!! Saved me bundles of money and aggravation. Honest people, I would use them again if I have the need."

"Wonderful. Honorable. My toilet was leaking and I needed the flange repaired/replaced. I was quoted a price that was lower than a another company but still high, I thought. When the techs fixed the toilet, they realized it wasn't as bad as they thought. The original quote was based on a worse case scenario kind of thing. They could have held me to the quote but actually only charged a little over 1/2 the original quote. I was really pleased. As a woman it is hard to find contractors you can trust. The fact that this company and his men did an honorable act has won me over and they are now my go to plumbers. Yes. They fixed the issue very well. Oh and get this... They showed up on time.
