When he inspected the den it was clearly abandoned. He offered to fill it with concrete, but I had him fill it back in with dirt mounds around it. He returned 13 days later to remove the one-way door and sealed the soffit hole with metal after the squirrels in the attic were all gone. . He then painted the metal with matching color of the rest of the soffit. His work is professional and the price is very reasonable. He did not propose to do unnecessary work like some other wildlife control companies to get 7 to 8 more times money. I highly recommend this company if you have wildlife problem at your house."

"Kevin Riley is the owner and is the sole guy. He does the pest control for everybody in my neighborhood. He is awesome. I guess I have a contract with him but you don't have to. He does not do any of that kind of thing. He does for six months and you pay for those six months. If you see stuff he will come back and take of them. I used to use another pest control provider and Kevin is cheaper. If you don't want to do during the winter months when everything is dead, like you don't have bug issues in winter but during the summer months because of the heat and the dryness you have the bugs. So you pay him when you need him. Price wise I think he is fair. I will use them in the future."
