The lawns were beautiful and well manicured so I gave them a call. After looking over their proposal I decided to not only hire them for my home but for my parents as well. They did spring clean up at both houses and did a fantastic job. I cant wait to see how the fall clean up goes. "Emerson and his crew were amazing.  As an architect myself, I know it can be difficult to find the right contractor for a job.  Emerson worked on my own home, and we would recommend him to anyone.  His crew was extremely professional--they arrived on time, worked very hard all day, and left the site clean and safe.  On the few occasions we noticed a problem with the work, Emerson had already spotted it and had informed his crew how to correct it.  One evening, we watched the crew laying pavers from our upstairs window until about 8:00 pm--they were determined to finish that day--but they cut no corners and the last section completed was as good as the first.  We then (with difficulty) convinced them to have a burger (we were grilling) before hitting the road--they deserved it!  Emerson knows how to build a good project and how to run a business.  We wish him every success! <br />"

"We could not have been happier with our experience with HM Soares, and in particular Wayne. We had a tricky project: we have a large yard, but it has a long slope and was broken up with a side and backyard. We wanted a patio that we could comfortably sit and grill on, but also a playspace for kids that was flat. Wayne came to our home several times to ask what we wanted and came up with different, thoughtful ideas. He was very creative and went back-and-forth with us, really listening To what we wanted He also sent us YouTube-created videos that showed what the space would look like with his plans. He was extremely attentive to detail, really a perfectionist. Once we decided to go ahead with the plans, we asked Wayne for an accelerated timeline, and he was able to move things around to deliver. He and his team built an amazing patio and very large stone wall that looks beautiful. The team worked long, hot summer days to get the job done. They were extremely courteous and clean and interacted well with our son, who was endlessly fascinated with what they were doing. Wayne was tremendous throughout the process – he was extremely communicative and came on site to check on the team’s work on a daily basis.
