"They are so excellent. They took all of their equipment home with them at night. At 530 AM in the morning they bring a truck that unloads all of their equipment and you never hear them. My neighbor actually told me this because he goes to work at this time. They were so professional the whole time they were here. At one time we offered them refreshments and they respectfully declined. They told me that the company actually provides all the refreshments for them as well as lunches. If I called the office needing anything they handled it immediately. When they started the project they moved everything from the Lani while they were doing the work. "I was concerned because of some cracks in the outside walls of my ocala-block house (built in the mid-50s), particularly near to a large live oak which I suspected my be sending roots under the foundation.  Ram Jack's representative Jason Cain met me at my  house and performed a very thorough investigation (inside and out) and determined that I did not have any foundation problems at this time.  Mr. Cain was friendly and very articulate, and explained carefully what he was looking for and what he found.  Both my wife and I were very impressed with his professionalism.  I will certainly contact Ram Jack Solid Foundations again if I ever have a problem with my foundation, and I will recommend them to others. <br />"

"Expert House Movers brought a crew of 6-8 & came in late August 2013 to start the process of raising & moving the house.  My husband had done all the prep work of disconnecting the utilities & removing the furnace, etc. They dug access ramps to the old foundation/basement with bobcats.  They poked good sized holes around the foundation so they could put in steel beams and jack up the house.  Our foundation was from 1917 & built from old creek gravel cement, so it was pretty tough.  It took three & half days to jack the house & move it over the driveway.  It seemed really fast to me.  The only thing to fall in the house was a picture off the piano.  We still had access to the house through a tall ladder to get clothes, etc. that we needed. <br /> We took over the process of arranging excavation, concrete pouring, and carpenters with more local contractors.  Expert does have concrete people & others they use in the St Louis area that know exactly the requirements needed for the new foundation. <br /> After the basement was poured & cured (curing takes about 3-4 weeks), Expert returned in October 2013 to move & set the house.  They had been in contact with the concrete man for specifications, but there were no slots for the beams when setting the house down.  A concrete worker had to come & cut those slots.  We had a carpenter on hand to finish the sill installment & make sure the sills for the permanent beams was correct & set the support posts in the basement.  We also had a friend's tractor help Expert's bobcat pull the house back over the foundation.  While all this was going on, Expert was jacking and moving supports & placing slider beams & raising & lowering the house.  The process was complete in about 2 1/2 days with care & precision.  Some of the cracks in our house even disappeared.  Great job guys. <br /> Our carpenters returned to build a staircase & some other requirements.  We are working on re-connecting utilities & returning the furnace, water heater, etc. to the new basement.  We plan to move back into the house in the first week or so in November 2013.  It's been a long process, but well worth it.  Made possible by Expert House Movers! <br />"

"After I saw what a great job Apex did leveling and repairing the foundation on a nearby house I had owner, Will Dietz and his crew encapsulate the crawlspace on my house. Site foreman, Logan, and workers, Patrick and Ben showed up on time and got right to work and what an amazing job they did. They worked tirelessly for two days and provided me with a dry, airtight space under my home. They installed a dehumidifier and built two access doors. Additionally, they sealed up all cider block openings around the foundation and even painted them to match the exterior. Overall, I could not have been more pleased. Logan and his team were so professional and I would highly recommend Apex Foundation Specialists. Two enthusiastic Thumbs Up!"

"I saw company trucks driving and called to ask for someone to give me an estimate. The company owner came out within 48 hours and showed me pictures of jobs he had done. Also brought along samples, and color brochures to pick a color from. He measured were driveway was going to go and said he would contact me that evening with price and send me a signed proposal. I agreed to the price and work started the following week. The driveway was formed, poured, stamped, and saw cut by the third day. ( I was very impressed with the speed, attention to detail, and professionalism.) they returned 3 weeks later to stain the concrete (takes 3 weeks for concrete to cure before staining) the staining only took one day. By the end of day it was stained and sealed. When they were finished they removed all trash and debri from yard. They also included laying sod down either side of the driveway about two feet wide. Making a huge difference in the appearance. And leaving me with one less thing to worry about. They will be returning soon to do all the decorative curbing around my flower beds and a few other places in the yard."
