"Dustin answered all our questions and provided repair options. Yiannis and Landon arrived on schedule and were very professional. They did a fantastic job lifting and leveling a sunken section of concrete driveway. It looks like new! After completing the repairs in only a couple of hours, they cleaned up everything. Great experience! I would definitely use them for any other similar repairs in the future."

"Thank you Will for your follow-up. I am extremely pleased with the results of your work and the way in which you carried it out. I enjoyed making your acquaintance and meeting your team. I appreciate the thorough explanation of the situation and the method you used to correct the problems with my pool deck. I found you and your team to be very professional throughout the completion of the job and how you treated my property as though it were your own. You told me what you were going to do, how you were going to do it, and you did it as scheduled, on time and at a fair price. I will happily recommend you and your company to others that may have similar needs. Gratefully yours, Mike"

"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Maggie Valley, NC

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
