"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Not very professional. More like they were there for the money, which was too much and they did not finish the job. The dryer was left unconnected."

"Had an issue with a clothes washer. Contacted Jimmy who responded quickly to set up an appt. A repair was made to the washer and all is good. A timely response and good service is always appreciated."

"Great company! I hired them to fix the dryer at my rental property (my sister is the tenant). They were extremely polite, on time and were able to fix the dryer on the initial visit for a very reasonable cost. They also ensured the exhaust vent was properly secured and cleaned up completely behind the dryer before they left. My sister was very pleased with their work and their professionalism. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the need ever arises."

"It went great. I would highly recommend. his price was very fair. I would have had to pay Sears 165.00 just for the service call and GE 100.00 for the service call, not including parts and labor.
