"Drain pipe was dripping original pipe cast iron and had a crack replaced pipe and put in a outlet"

"Exchanged messages with Mike to describe work needed, replace an outdoor faucet and shutoff value (previous faucet was leaking). He gave an estimate, reviewed work to be done. Replaced outdoor spigot with a frost-proof spigot, put on new value. Quick test and validation. Professional, efficient and happy with work done! Thank you Mike !"

"Called them up for replacing my cracked sewage pipe in the basement. They came out, gave a free estimate with reasonable pricing and immediate availability. Did a courtesy camera scope of the entire sewage pipe out to the city line while the pipes were open. Finished work within estimated window and charged at the original estimated price. Polite and clear with communication."

"Zach Brown initially came to fix leaking water situation and then realized there was damage due to water seepage. After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. Can't say enough about Zach -- his professionalism, his explanation of what's being done and options for replacing/improving plumbing under kitchen sink, pipes, etc."

"My AC went out 2 days before a heat wave. I got a detailed estimate right away and signed immediately. The crew showed up next day and worked a long hours replacing all the equipment in the attic. My family was back online just in time to beat the heat. All the staff we worked with were clean, professional , hard-working people. I highly recommend to everyone."

"Highly recommend Belmonte Plumbing and Heating! I called them for a couple jobs that I needed done right away. They are quick, fair and reliable! 10 outta 10!"

"When they called (after I assume HomeAdvisor contacted them), I was told it would cost $89 to come out to give me an estimate. I had no problem with that but tried to get some rough estimate on how much a straightforward replacement of faucet would cost - but no estimate. When the plumber arrived, he first tried to get me to join some membership in order to get some percentage reduction in the cost (but I still had no idea of that cost). Bottom line was that the cost was over $600 for one hour of work. I will add that the plumber did an excellent job so I have no issues with their work. It is more about how they charge for their work. Next time, I will either find someone that is willing to charge by the hour or is willing to provide free estimates."

"They were professional and prompt."

"Yes, they did a great job and were very knowledgeable and helpful."

"Quick reply and they were able to setup an appointment within the next week to service my unit. Different than other service providers there were no push to replace needless equipment or components to named brands that they cover. They installed a replacement I had and that saved me some money on the overall service. Only item that I'm not completely satisfied with is that I didn't get an invoice or receipt after payment or via email. Will use them again in the future for any service and annual checkups."
