They were quick to respond, quick to come out to the house (2 days), totally reasonably priced, really nice and clear on the phone, and the work was excellent. "Because I had purchased a Big Deal, they were booked pretty far out to do a chimney inspection. That didn't matter to us since we aren't using our fireplace anyway, we were just curious to see if we could. The technician arrived on time and was extremely personable and friendly. A quick inspection showed that our chimney was fine, but the fireplace could use a little bit of work before we use it. We aren't ready to spend that money right now, but it's good to know that nothing is falling apart up there. He was also able to answer a few questions I had and I was really happy with the experience. When we are ready to do the fire box work we'll call them again.

"Jeff was able to trouble shoot, come up with a solution and help the tech install the new lines. There was difficulty because the old telephone lines coming into the house were buried in walls. The tech suggested putting an outlet on the outside of the house but Jeff said it was risky since the connection would be exposed to the elements and the Centurylink connector wasn't weatherproof. And, putting it inside also avoided another (ugly) utility box on the house. I like that Jeff explains all of your options and welcomes your input. He doesn't try to sell you on the most expensive route, only the most logical with the best outcome. Service Today! was very responsive and came through when we needed them. They went way beyond expectation!!"

"Before making bid, inspected roof and pointed out damage to chimney.  Took pictures of chimney so I didn't have to climb roof.  Bid included what materials they would use, what services they would provide, and samples of the roofing and colors.  The house has two dormers in front, and other odd angles and pitch.  The owner came all 2 1/2 days it took to finish the job.  Used 5 workmen who were pleasant, professional, very good at their jobs.  And cleaned up each day.  I was very pleased with the finished product.  I  go 4 bids, Greene's price was comparable to the others and they  provided more services than the others.  I highly recommend them.
