From our designer Brian Magrath who listened to us and helped us stay within our budget, to Myra Olson and Vina Ortega who coordinated the project and kept us informed, to Matt White who was our construction manager and would stop in multiple times to check on the progress and do quality control. Our project included the pool, turf, extending the patio to the full length of the house and granite stone. Communication is KEY for us; they always promptly returned calls/texts and answered any and all questions that we had with patience. From breaking ground to our pool orientation was less than 3 months! I will recommend them to anyone who is thinking of putting a pool in, and if needed, will definitely use them again!!!"

"We worked with Rob and Devin to redo our front yard. Rob created a great design, Devin made sure that work was progressing well, the workers did a great job of building our new yard. This was a big project. Retaining walls had to be removed, new walls built, and a lot of dirt hauled away. There were no surprises along the way. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Rob even had a great design tweek in the middle of the project that made a lot of sense and made the yard look even better. Before and after pics attached. Will look even better once the new retaining walls are painted. We are very happy with the work and the way our new front yard looks."

"<p>We hired Hawkeye to do extensive drainage and irrigation work on our front and back yard in early June. We had serious erosion from our side yard gate that was creating a gully in the front yard.  I have waited to write a review until now to see how the new systems handled our summer monsoon storms.  We have had three heavy storms, and everything is working perfectly.</p> <p>Kelly Burns and his crew were a pleasure to work with.  This was our first major outdoor project and we did not know what to expect.  We asked three companies for bids and Kelly gave us the quickest response.  He came, did some measurements, and gave us a reliable estimate within an hour.  One company never got back to us and the other one?s bid was twice as much as Hawkeye for very similar work.  </p> <p>At first, we had planned to do just the drainage and irrigation improvements, lay a paver walkway from our side gate to the sidewalk, and replace our outdoor lighting system.  But after we saw pictures of some of Kelly?s other projects, we decided to expand the scope: we had our back patio resurfaced with travertine (replacing and improving the drainage pipes), and had our front entryway resurfaced with pavers that matched the new walkway.  I was particularly impressed when I asked if we could see a patio that had been done with travertine, and Kelly invited us to his own house to see what he had done there.   We also had the granite gravel ?refreshed? in the front and back yard.  We are very happy with the results.</p> <p>Dave, the foreman, and his crew showed up on time and were friendly and cheerful during some of the hottest days of the summer.  They were all happy to answer any questions we had and made sure we understood what was being done every day.  The projects were completed on time and within budget.</p> <p>We highly recommend Hawkeye landscaping.   </p> <br />"

"First a plug on the end of my kitchen island went out. Then my garbage disposal started to work only when it wanted to and, finally my dishwasher stopped working. I discovered that when rummaging around under sink, sometimes things would work. I looked on Angies and this company I had used before was running a deal. They came very quickly and solved the problem. I had a short in the plug under the sink that all these things depended on. They rewired and grounded the plug and things are working perfectly. These guys are great!"
