Since the furnace and water heater were also 18 years old we decied to just replace everything together. They gave us another quote spring of 2020 that was the same. Pipes were all wrapped, duct work was insulated and tight, pipes were good. Idk what Iâ m talking about but it looked a lot better than what Hubble did 18 years ago. The filter replacement rack is magnetic and super simple to use. The inspectors that came even commented on how well a job they did. And on top of that they explain everything.
