"We hired Mr. Scantling and his crew to redo the drywall on a floor to ceiling fireplace and rebuild a half wall previously done by an incompetent contractor and to repair/replace bulging splayed corner seams throughout the house. I was very nervous because we'd had such a bad experience with the previous contractor but Mr. Scantling and his men did excellent work and were very efficient. They finished the whole job in just under two days while being considerate of our schedules (my husband works from home). They didn't mind answering all my questions and were a very congenial crew. "This experience was great!  I called about the special I saw on Angie's List and made an appointment.  He asked me to text the address because he was on the road and I did.  Richard showed up exactly when we agreed and re-keyed the locks as agreed.  He was also able to tell me how long it would take him which was nice because I was on my lunch break.
He even answered a couple more questions throughout the time he was there! (I asked about how to get the storm door keys.)  He is very pleasant and worked around other contractors in the home.
