Bob (Bear Mechanical Plumber) was very friendly, and displayed a lot of knowledge and experience as we discussed what I needed to have repaired. He successfully removed my old kitchen faucet hose ((which was leaking) and installed a new hose that I had procured from the original faucet manufacturer. He finished his work by operating the faucet and verifying no leaks were present, and the hose functioned as intended. He cleaned as he worked and even showed me the worn areas in the old hose that were contributing to the leaks. I appreciated his good work ethic and attention to detail.
