"Arrived on time, explained problems, repaired toilet. Also repaired new problem with disposal."

"Chris was great. He throughly checked several sources of where the leak could be. He also repaired my garbage disposal. Overall great experience."

"They did a great job on that. My dad had a granite countertop in the bathroom. I think they put some type of equipment on top of it, and it faded the granite in a couple of spots. I called immediately, and the owner sent the worker back out there. He just said he don't know how'd it happened because they covered it. They were like they didn't do anything to it. All I wanted them to do was just kind of like fix it or repolish it or something. So, it was a little spot very noticeable. My dad has a caregiver and even when she came the next day she noticed it. The two areas on the granite top were faded. They didn't try to fix it, they told me what I should do to try to fix it. The owner came back from vacation and called me and told me to put some type of car wash wax on it or something, but that didn't work. I thought the price was reasonable. The bathtub was excellent, but like I said they did do something that caused that spot on the granite top. They refinished the bathtub, but in the process, it seems like they damaged another part in the bathroom. It just seems like they put some equipment on top of that, like something that was hot or something that just kind of faded the gloss on the granite top. They were late getting out there that day. They said they had run behind on another job. They were hours late getting out there. They did a great job with the refinishing work, it was just some collateral damage, but they did a great job on that tub."

"He repaired my garbage disposal in 10 minutes, if it took that long. I worried at first, but I'm glad I had a good outcome. Highly recommend!"

"Jorge and his crew did excellent work on our new home. They were very thorough and communicative throughout all of the work and repairs they did! I would highly recommend them."

"Mr. Howard and his employees did a great job. They had a big job due to the massive roots growing in my old clay pipes from the house to the city connection. They showed up when we scheduled, completed the job, got the inspection and all permits required. They were patient in explaining everything they were doing (cause I had a lot of questions). Reasonable price for the job. I was satisfied with the cost and the work. I will hire them again and refer them to a friend."

"They were alright.  They were just really quick.  They ran around the house and looked at all the toilets, faucets and water fixtures.  They gave me a brief explanation of what they say as potential issues.  They tried to sell more service or product.  They ended selling us a garbage disposal unit.  It was expensive and the labor was as well.  I paid another $500 on top of the Big Deal to rebuild a toilet and install a new garbage disposal.  They just replaced the gasket on the toilet.  They replaced something on the water heater as well.  We had a few leaks after they left."

"It was excellent. I put the request in late Sunday evening and they reached out right away and came in 8AM Monday morning and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. The price was also very fair"

"Frameless shower install and tile replacement"
