"Great installer team.. Good communication, good work and no attempt to sell unnecessary things?. recommend them"

"Great, they did neat clean work. They picked up my new water heater & installed. They also hauled off the old water heater. They did Fast, Clean work and cleaned up after themselves. They removed my old water heater & installed my new water heater. They are my new FAVORITE PLUMBERS."

"Good job and quality. Excellent customer service. Thank you"

"I hired IHM to install a water heater with permit. Everything was fine until the inspection, which they FAILED. Henry sent the same technician (Andre) that did the job instead of visiting the property himself. Andre, who obviously wasn't familiar with CODE, then said relayed to Henry that the water heater model I provided wouldn't work there and that I had to buy another water heater, AND that they would charge me a higher amount to go do the job again or I would have to submit a Change of Contractor to the city. Turns out the water heater DOES VERY WELL work there but their lack of knowledge has resulted in nothing but a waste of time. CROOKS!!"

"Although we experienced some miscommunication about how soon the plumbing serviceman would arrive, once he arrived the service was excellent and superior to previous more local plumbers."

"I am so grateful for the exceptional service I received from Dr. W Plumber! Their team was prompt, professional, and courteous, and they went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issue. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and the pricing was fair and transparent. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard, and I'm thrilled to have my water running smoothly again! I highly recommend Dr. W Plumber! for any plumbing needs - they truly exceeded my expectations!"

"Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. The real customer service was received by owner Danny who provided additional information being requested by insurance company as a claim was filed due to the water damaged caused by the concealed leak at slab/foundation level."

"I only have good things to say about them. Their communication was fantastic, customer service was great, and the pricing was competitive. They were professional. They're my preferred plumbing."

"I'm certain that I overpaid because I was in a vulnerable position where I needed a water heater and didn't have a Plan B, but besides that, the work and timeliness were excellent."

"Very thankful for Marlon and the rest of the Hernandez Plumbing crew! Good companies should be there to fix their mistakes. Great companies are there to fix someone else’s mess. Hernandez Plumbing helped us fix the issues with our newly renovated bathroom. Marlon treated this repair with the urgency and sense of ownership as if it was his own home. We’ve used Hernandez for another huge job and we are always impressed with the professionalism of this company. They take what can be a very stressful situation and make it as stress free as possible. Crew cleans up the work site and leaves it as if nothing ever happened. They are great to work with."
