Our main septic pipe seal degraded over the years, and we started getting ground water streaming into our basement, every time it rained heavily. Bill and his team were super responsive, and knew exactly how to remedy the problem. Bill is clearly an expert in this field, and even had to cut through our deck to access the pipe. I am happy to report it rained like crazy last night, and our basement is DRY! Not only are Bill/team highly skilled, but they provided 1st class service; took muddy shoes off before coming inside the house, meticulously and carefully replaced our deck planks to minimize damage, hosed surfaces down after work was completed, etc. etc. They are fantastic and Bill's sense of humor is an added bonus!
