When he arrived, he introduced himself and verified the scope of work requested. He went straight to work. When complete he explained everything he did, showed pictures of things that would need work, and answered all of my questions. "Mr. Robert Helm was out last August (2014) for an estimate and to meet with my insurance adjuster, but we had a baby in September and the repair job fell off our radar until this Spring (after I noticed a few more shingles blown off in our yard). He took great care in matching the shingle and the work looks great. No damage to anything and NO MESS. Also, I was appreciative that he didn't call CPS on us after seeing the "cage" with a kid's chair in it that my daughter uses as her pretend jail on her playground. LOL.
