His answers made common sense and after being told by a competitor that Matt was a really good guy & technician, we chose Water Heater Express. Absolutely right choice for us. The cost was in our fixed income budget, the timing was as requested and even when we questioned the water temp, Matt came back and adjusted it. Others had told us we needed a building permit. When replacing a "like with like", that was a lie. We also had a hot water circulator that others told us would need to be replaced. Another lie. Matt cleaned off the corrosion and it's working like always. We cannot recommend Water Heater Express highly enough!!"

"The job went great! They were able to remove a very large drainpipe that was 5 feet below the road. Additionally they installed a larger pipe for us, and did an excellent job getting it seated in place and covering it up. The road going into our farm doesn't flood anymore and the water is able to drain nicely on the sides where they helped dig the angle much better than any piece of farm equipment we had on hand. Mr. Lozy was kind enough to help us dig a really small pond for the deer as well. With his excavator it took 3 minutes, what would have taken me 18 hours and a broken back to do with a shovel."

"They came and gave me a quote of 4500, I needed the job done so I hired them They sent another company to suck the tank out and they discovered that my tolites was running water they had some suggestions well I repair them and that fixed my problem then the guys from superior came and run the pressure washer and the job wound up costing me 5144 and in advance I told them I was on disability and fixed income, I highly recommend looking around before taking with these guys I know I feel like I was taken advantage of, they will never do any business for me again, another company found the problem and told me how to fix it, I fixed it, and superior made the money for it to me this is a big ripoff"
