"Install was on time and as described. '1st Response' did the job I expected for the water heater install. Good customer service for scheduling. Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."

"Of all the trades I've used here in Seattle, Trident ranks with the very best. I thought my problem was some leaky faucets, but Devon diagnosed a faulty valve that controlled (or in this case didn't control) the pressure for the entire house. Once the valve was replaced the faucet leaks were manageable by me as a DIY project. Devon took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and while this was not an inexpensive replacement, he avoided doing work that would have been necessary to redo and which would not have solved my problem in the long run. "Zach and his crew were amazing! Our old water heater sprung a massive leak at 2:00am on a Saturday morning. Contacted Zach at 7:30am and he called right back and was here within the hour. Not only did we replace our water heater with a tankless model, but also moved it from the second floor to garage. Zach did all of this on a Saturday for a flat fee!! "I needed some additional work done to remove a kitchen disposal and put new pipes in and also to have pipes replaced on a back bathroom we had just remodeled. Mad Pipers did such a great job with the large re-piping job I hired them for over the summer, I didn't hesitate to call Zack & Ragen for the quote for the additional work. "I contacted Seatown Electric about installing a replacement bathroom fan; the existing fan (an inexpensive and loud NuTone) was undersized for the bathroom and leading to condensation. I e-mailed Lisa and Matt at the main office to get their input on a new fan with humidity-sensing capabilities, high airflow, and low sound.They sent me a suggestion for a high-quality Panasonic bathroom fan that fit my needs perfectly, plus an estimate that was very reasonable. On the scheduled day, Jeff and his assistant arrived and got right to work: they spread out some protective gear for my floors, removed the old ceiling fan, enlarged the ceiling cutout to accommodate the new fan, and had the new fan installed in just over an hour. I was particularly impressed at how carefully Jeff removed the old fan - it wasn't as easy as simply pulling the old one out, but he took the time to cleanly remove it from the ceiling without unnecessary cutting or leaving behind any stray mounting hardware. To top it all off, Jeff and his assistant cleaned up all the stray dust and insulation that had fallen from the ceiling. In the end, I had an awesome new ceiling fan with a humidity sensor that was installed in much less time than it ever would have taken me. :-) I'm very happy with Seatown and will be hiring them again."
