"Matthew called when he was 10 minutes away to confirm our appointment and let me know he was on his way. I had been remodeling my kitchen and had a new farmers sink installed. I finally got the countertops in and needed the sink hooked up. Matthew arrived and checked out the situation and existing pipes etc. He advised that the elbows in the pipes, while good at this time, were going to need replacing not too far into the future. He provided a price for those along with his installation fee and the fee for hooking up without replacement. I decided to just replace now, saving another trip later on. Matthew gave a full explanation of what he was doing and why, hooked up the sink and took time to test it out with running hot water etc to make sure there were no leaks or issues. He cleaned up thoroughly leaving everything in pristine condition, before leaving. I have used Trident in the past and will continue to call on them for all my plumbing needs."

"I called Rescue Rooter to come out and clear out a blockage in my sewer line. Chad and Albert came out quickly and got to work. They also put a camera down into the sewer line and had me watch as they went through the line. I saw the various problems in our one hundred year old sewer line. They spent a good deal of time examining the sewer line and also identifying the spot where it becomes a shared line with our neighbor. They presented a number of options of how to repair the deteriorating sewer line along with the different prices for that work. Chad and Albert both explained the different options clearly to my wife and I. They were very friendly and professional."

"They did an excellent job and everything was done on time and with exactness. They work very professionally but they also had fun as they worked. The final price ended up being right on with what the estimated price was. They provided all the materials and they cleaned up when they were finished and didn’t leave a mess behind for us to have to clean up. They listened to us and to what our desires were and then they explained the different options that we had. They were very respectful not only to us but to our property. They showed up on time when they said they would be here and the project was completed when they estimated it would be done. "We were in a jam. We are attempting to buy our first home. We had our inspection scheduled and on the morning of, we learned of a potential plumbing issue. There was a report filed with the city stating that a couple of years ago there was some kind of sewer back up. This house is old, so I wanted to make sure we weren't signing up for any potential problems. I called around to local plumbers in the area. NONE of them were able to accommodate our need on this shortened time frame. I got Zach's number from a contractor friend of mine and in a last ditch effort gave him a call. Unlike some of the other plumbers I'd spoken with, Zach validated my concerns and informed me that he would recommend that I have my system inspected. He was very patient with my partner and I, making room for us that evening to show up in exemplary fashion. He did a full inspection of our sewer lines with a camera and explained to us what the different piping meant. He then tested our water pressure and advised us to request that the seller offer concessions to cover the cost of putting in a pressure reduction valve. He explained the reasoning behind his recommendations and took time to insure that we understood why he was recommending these services. He also took the time to explain and answer questions about potential upgrades as my partner wants to upgrade the hot water tank. He outlined different product options and explained with great knowledge and detail the differences between the products. I would highly recommend this company. If we get the home we will definitely be having this company come back and preform the necessary work that is needed for our new home."

"Pipers contacted us by phone immediately after we submitted a repair request on Labor Day late morning for a clogged sewer line. We set up an appointment for early evening, at which time I mentioned we had intended to celebrate family birthdays that evening. About an hour later Pipers called and said they adjusted their schedule so they could arrive mid-afternoon, which they did. The back-up was cleared and we were so grateful to be able to join our family that evening. Pipers had to remove and reinstall the basement toilet. They cleaned up the area after the work was completed (the bathroom looked better than when they arrived). A great ending to what was a not so great beginning to Labor Day. We will definitely use Pipers for the more extensive work that needs to be done. "
