"Aces four was several thousand less than other estimates. The work went very well, with some minor delays, and the team did a good job of cleaning up the trenches etc. they had to dig to reline the sewer. They were very kind and patient with my 4 year old boy (letting him ride in the excavator machine and take pictures). Good human beings, and they did good work. Highly recommended. There was some very minor delay in the process due to some employee sickness, but overall I was extremely happy with everything."

"Sound Pumbing did an A+ job. What I initially thought was only a small water leak led to discovery of a broken sump pump which led to discovery of incorrect piping from the pump to the yard. Donald Button was great! Friendly, professional and worked hard replacing pipe outside in a crazy rainstorm, cheerfully even. He fixed all 3 of my problems and everything is running smoothly now. "We had two hot water tanks, one was leaking at 3:30pm on a Friday. We called Alpine and they were at our house in under an hour! They drained the leaking tank and re-routed the pipes so we could continue to use the one tank. Later that week they came back and replace the other 15 year old tank with 1 high efficiency and a circulator pump. Rick and crew were awesome! We will use them again for any plumbing needs."

"I want cut out and replace up to 1 feet of copper pipe. 5 minus and I lost more than $500. On Yelp, I can hire have many contractor from $200 to $300 but my friend tell me try on angieslist. I can not give quality after 1 week but the price is so expensive."

"Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."

they were solid.  liked the guy who came out.  he tried his best to get our water heater replaced by the water heater company, but ultimately they would only pay for a replacement, at which point i cut my losses and hired someone else - b/c the water heater was 19 years old and it would have been a temporary fix.
