"The technician was knowledgeable and completed the replacement of the hose bib with great expertise"

"We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Water Heater SOS was a lifesaver! When our water heater broke down, they responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed the same day. I highly recommend Water Heater SOS for anyone needing fast, reliable water heater repairs!"
