"Brian from Pest Control was very pleasant and thorough."

"I'd moved into a new home and found an active wasp nest under the siding. Bug Bust came out and took care of it. What was nice about them was their honest and straightforward approach to business. I had asked about regular monthly spraying for insect repellant, but he said it wasn't necessary. He explained the types of trouble I may have in this area, and said that I should call him if anything showed up, but paying for treatment without having a problem is throwing money away. Having paid for monthly service in the past its refreshing to meet someone who isn't eager to simply take my money."

"The applications were less than what I expected.
First time the guy arriived and used a hand held ~2.5 - 5.0 gallon sprayer to walk the property and spray the chemical.  He advised that there should be no standing water, I should not have a bird bath, etc..  The result was less then satsfactory for controlling the mosquitoes.  Technician requested access to the house which I thought was very  unprofessional.
Second month, different technician this time with a truck and a hose sprayer.  The sprayer was not long enough to reach all of the property or to the back of the yard.  The technician was holding the hose high in the air to get distance on the chemical being srayed, the problem is I have a pool and I am unsure if the overspray was drifting into the pool.  Any wind at all the chemical was being sprayed into the pool, I am still not confident that it did not make it into the pool water.  The result was slightly better control of the mosquito population that month.

If I remember correctly the 4 applications after that the technician arrived with the hand held sprayer.  The mosquito controll was not very good but in all fairness to them mosquito control last year was very difficult all around.  Overall, I did not think the company was very professional so I decided I would not do future business with them.  I was not impressed with any part of the service, sorry.

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"I had a great experience with this pest control company. Frank and Bryan were able to come out the very next day, which I really appreciated. The team was professional, efficient, and extremely thorough they sealed up my entire home inside and out. You can tell they take pride in their work. On top of that, their pricing was very fair, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. They answered all my questions and made the whole process stress free. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pest issues!"

"Great company! Even though they are located on the East Coast, they have excellent control over their local professionals. EXAMPLE: I requested a cleaning of my siding (along with my windows) and paid a deposit. On arrival, the professionals realized that their product was incompatible with my cedar siding. They credited this to my account and the other orders I placed. I’ve been using them for years and have no reservations about recommending them to others."

"Eager to solve the problem pest"

"They basically got rid of the pests. I think they did a good job. They provided me a good recommendation for how to go about the pest control and they fixed that"

"Stellar Support! NJ Pest Defense were very professional when they visit my home. The technician was polite and seemed experienced when servicing our home. He even gave me tips on how to prevent the mice from coming into my bedrooms. I am happy I found them on Angie's list and will be using this company for any other pest issues in the future."
