"Matt was quick to come give me an estimate and never made me feel pressured. His quote was much more reasonable than the other three quotes I received. I did receive a little bit cheaper quote on windows from one of the other companies but the salesman was very pushy and I didn't feel comfortable working with him. There was a slight miscommunication between Matt & the door manufacture regarding the finish on the door but Matt handled it and got the correct door re-ordered even though it caused a delay in the original timeline. Matt's crew was very friendly and efficient. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and they cleaned up very well after themselves. They did a great job installing the windows and doors and I'm looking forward to the money I will save since these are much more energy efficient than my previous doors. "Joe was terrific.  We had a bathroom whirpool tub that leaked and flooded the floor below.  We'd had some plumbers out to look at it in the past and no one would touch it or else couldn't find the problem.  I gave Joe a call and was certain we were going to be told that we needed a new tub again, but instead, Joe found the problem immediately (within seconds) and had a quick and easy solution for us.  Joe explained to us what the issues were and how he was going to go about fixing it and then went to work.  I would definitely use Joe again and recommend him to people.
