Each technician is more friendly and helpful than the last. They are always informative and never try to sell me extra stuff. The office staff is also cheery and efficient. Short Pump Heating and Air has nursed my 19 year old HVAC units thorough the 3 summers since I bought the house. after doing my own research, I completely trust the owner to walk me through the new HVAC purchase process. Really, I love this company! I have convinced my mom and friends to hire them too! Their plumbing service is also top notch: I purchased a water heater and multiple toilet related things through this company. (FYI, I receive NO discount or enticement to write this.) "Rich came out to replace our sludge-filled, overheating, failing old water heater. It was a difficult situation and he took the time and had the patience to do the job right. The fee was under the national average, reasonable. The water heater is located in a closet off the master bath and at first it would not drain. Rich knew just what to do. Took his time to get old one out and did not mess up our house. Cleaned up behind himself and left us with a larger water heater (as requested) and worked out how to fit it into our small location. Replaced all the plumbing to the water heater and now we have a better made, self-cleaning, more efficient electric water heater to provide us with lots of clean hot water."

"I had a water leak from the hot water heater and everyone was super helpful and nice! Chris was the first one I met and I had ALOT of questions but he made sure to help answer them and if he couldn't Joey did! Everyone from Joey, Will, Diego, Daniel and Chris stayed on top of making sure I had what I needed to fix everything. These guys did an amazing job getting my house back to living condition and even while I was in hotel they checked in and gave me plenty of updates on my house! I am very grateful for their help! We also bought a hot water heater from them and they did a fantastic job, it is just in the last year or two that their service has gone down. The cost was reasonable. They have not been as responsive as I would like them to be, because I have spent a lot of money with them."
