"Prior to purchasing the Angie's Big Deal,  I e-mailed the company  with a question and Joe responded quickly with an answer.  Within hours of purchasing the Big Deal, Joe Conway called me to set up the appointment which was great - prevented me from procrastinating any further!  On the date of the appointment, he let me know via e-mail that he was running a little behind schedule and then called me when he was on his way which was nice since I was coming from a meeting.   Joe also checked out my entire house for any other plumbing issues which was good - especially since I didn't have any although we discussed things to consider in the future.
