They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

I called and asked if they could come and modify the door frame and they were quick to respond and modified my door frame from the kitchen out to the porch. Now I can take my hub around outside and enjoy working in my flowers. I highly highly recommend Robin's remodeling. They are a fantastic crew and deserve nothing but the best. "To say that I am dissatisfied is an understatment. DO not use this service. They charged a 175 diagnostic fee which was completely understandable the first time that the technician came out. The technician was evaluating the washer for an hour and reset the motherboard. I was told that it might not fix the problem and that they might have to come back out but that the return visit would be covered by the 175$ initial fee. I called back the next day because the problem was not fixed and rescheduled a return visit. I unfortunately was not in the house that day due to having to work. The technician said that it would need a sensor replaced and proceeded to charge another 275$. They have now charged 450$ for a washer thats only worth about that much and its still broken. I have used other services in the past and I regret not going with them. This company is nothing but a scam looking to nickle and dime you out of whatever money they can. I talked to Tiffany who titled herself as the manager and told me that there was no one else I could talk to."
