"In a word, fantastic! I had been using a different animal control company. When I first noticed the current problems it was after the pandemic caused business practices to change. A call was made to the other company and a message requested I leave a message. The request also stated to not call back and leave another message, the first would be returned. After waiting several days, I gave up and called Animal Management. Someone actually answered and had an appointment for me very quickly. Craig was the technician that was sent. Per my request, he did a thorough inspection, removed the birds, and made the other suggestions. I agreed with all and the repairs were scheduled. Two gentlemen arrived at the scheduled date and time and spent the whole day doing a great job. Craig also stopped by to assist for some of the repairs. I am extremely happy that I called Animal Management, cannot recommend them highly enough."

"I called somewhat frantic yesterday due to a critter trying to crawl under my deck to find its final resting place. I had had this happen 2 times last summer and it was awful smelling. I was trying to avoid this from happening again. I found Jeff on AL after trying numerous other companies via google that wouldn't help me. He said he could come over then. He arrived within about 30 mins. later and took care of the possum I had seen. I also found another one that had already made it way under my deck and died. He also helped me spot the hole where they were crawling in so I could put up a barrier to block anymore coming in. I will definitely call him in the future for any animal issues I have!"

Not only did they get rid of the critters but they also sealed all entry points, removed all existing insulation that the animals had dirtied and destroyed, sanitized the entire attic after removal and blew in all new insulation. In addition, they gave us a 2 year warranty on the job as well as the ability to transfer this protection to new owners should we sell the property within the next 2 years. They were extremely neat, professional, timely and their rates were very competitive. We highly recommend NWS to anyone with the same critter issues."

He spayed inside and outside. He told me what he was going to do and did it. I didn't see ants anymore after the did it and to this day I haven't. He just did everything well. They were on time and very professional. It is a small company and they care about their work."

"Art Lawson, the owner of this business, advertised a special through Angie's List of $100 to remove any animals. What he meant to offer was $100 instead of the normal $180 that he charges to come to your home a set up traps. He then normally charges $40 per animal captured. He told me of the mistake, but still honored his commitment. He removed the four raccoons for a total of $100. Not only that, but the poor man got heat stroke from working in all this heat. He is very good at what he does, and I would recommend him even at his regular price."

"This husband and wife team is without a doubt your BEST OPTION for your pest control needs. After taking possession of our home 2 months ago we found out that the previous tenants were raising reptiles and failed to inform anyone that they left some snakes behind. After finding 1 under the dishwasher and then again the other day in the dryer vent we were mortified to say the least. After MUCH time of getting the run around from other companies via the telephone it was a blessing when Austin & Kylie actually reached out to us. They explained they were busy and asked if a few days would be ok before they came to do their inspection, I explained this was really important to our family and without hesitation they agreed to be here the next morning. I don't typically don't or ever for that matter tip contractors or outside vendors for service, I felt obliged to give them a 20% tip.
