I got a quote for just the shower and one for the entire bathroom. We decided to replace just the shower. I received weekly phone calls updating me on when they could start. "David's Good Shepard service was excellent He responded promptly and addressed issues found in my electrical panel and my over-the-range microwave. He provided me with an estimate for both parts and labor. I authorized him to begin work the next day. The quality of his work was excellent. He was well-organized and efficient. He upgraded and replaced an old inadequate circuit breaker and brought it up to code. When replacing the over-the-range microwave with a similar make and model, issues were discovered with both the venting and mounting systems. David corrected these issues before mounting the new microwave. I am happy to report, that the new microwave vents much more efficiently and quietly. Adjustments were made to the mounting system to correct alignment issues. He cleaned up after himself and disposed of the old unit for me. Both his time and labor estimates were accurate. I will be contracting with David very soon for other issues that need to be addressed around my home."

"I would say overall the job went well.  The owner is not a small talk kind of guy at all and can even come across as kind of a jerk at times.  His work is good though and he was clear and concise about what work was going to be completed.  He always showed up on time, was professional and made sure the job was done.  His tile guy is not the sharpest tool in the shed and his work is just OK.  We ordered all supplies ourselves and are new at home remodeling. I had planned to do the bathroom myself but we were trying to have a baby and I didn't think I should be around all the particle dust and paint which I explained to the owner at the consultation. Anyways, the bullnose tile we ordered did not match the regular tile in the shower...yes our fault for not ordering the right stuff but the tile guy put it up anyways.  We really wish someone had called us, we thought it was weird that no one called us before putting the tile up. When my husband got home the day it went up, the first thing the tile guy said to him when he walked in the door was "the tile doesn't match".... My husband asked him why he didn't call or tell someone but the guy didn't really have an answer.   Sooo we ordered the right tile and the owner agreed to fix it... for a price of course..... so the tile guy comes back but then he only does part of the bullnose tile and not the whole thing.  ugh.  We decided to call it quits with this company after that.  I wouldn't hire them again just based on our experience. However, despite a small area of mismatched tile, our bathroom does look very good.  <br />"

"I purchased a foreclosed home in 2016. It needed to be gutted and start all over. The bathroom had an old tub and grimy tiles. Bath Planet came in and installed the entire walk-in shower with glass doors and a beautiful backsplash. The work was done in a day and the workers were friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up behind themselves when they left. This shower has been used almost daily for 8 years and shows no signs of wear and tear. I highly recommend getting the safety bars because you may not think you want them now but you find as you get older you'll be glad you have them. My only regret is that I did not have this done in my last house. Bath Planet stands behind their work and doesn't excellent job. Give them a try you won't be disappointed."
