"Edward Ryan worked with us every step of the way... he helped us get the designs and permits and did a large amount of the work himself. He has a great work ethic and kept everything moving forward. The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. I fully intend to use him again for home renovations we have planned."

"There are not enough words to describe our interaction with this company’s administration and employees, the biggest one is phenomenal. The staff in the office are outstanding and their employees are hardworking, professional, personable, trustworthy, and respectful of your home and property and safety conscious to boot. Florida Palm’s workers always cleaned up behind themselves so we didn’t feel like we were living in a construction zone. The company’s project managers always kept us in the loop regarding permits, snags or issues that would pop up during any construction/renovation as well as progress reports. The Project Manager was always on the job site prior to workers arriving and would introduce them to us. Our construction/project crew from demolition, building, painting, and marble work consisted of Juan, Alfredo, Julio, Junior, Mitch, Eppie and Robert our lovely Project Manager. Robert made sure we always knew who was on our property and what their job function was. In this day and age trustworthy companies are few and far between and really hard to find. We are so fortunate to have found Florida Palm Construction Inc. I would recommend this family friendly company to anyone and in fact already have. "We had Allied Kitchen renovate a kitchen and two bathrooms in 2012 the design was by Andy Fishman, Allied was professional throughout the project. This review is about how wonderful Allied and Andy is in the follow up they provide years later. We needed a cabinet front replaced it was handled, ordered and installed in a few week's. Mark who came and replaced the cabinet front was wonderful if something was not quite perfect he made it so. Allied Kitchens is blessed to have such terrific people on their team."

"Wonderful people to do business with. The kitchen is built to last a lifetime and looks great. These guys are true pros! Helen in the office was always wonderful to speak with, very nice! Price: You get what you pay for. They do charge a quality price for their quality workmanship. I looked at many, many alternatives online. I realized that for about $1000.00 more than a ready made kitchen island bought online, I could have a custom, built in, concrete block kitchen built. And, the granite matches my indoor kitchen. 100% worth the addition cost! So when I boiled it all down, a lot of the additional cost was my higher end granite. ALSO THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AND LEFT THE JOBSITE CLEAN! HIRE THESE GUYS!"

"I emailed Doug to see if they did repair work on existing outdoor grills. He said yes and we set up a mutually convenient time. He actually came out early on a Sunday morning to meet MY calendar! He determined that the grates and the lava rocks needed replacing, the self ignitor needed repair and the grill needed a good cleaning. He also advised that my grill was no longer being manufactured but that he could get a grate re-engineered to fit my grill. He did, called me to quote the price, which was reasonable, and he then ordered the parts. Within 3 days he had the parts and he came out today to do the repair. He did not take any payment or even a deposit until the work was completed. I have not tested it yet but based upon his professionalism, ehtics, and knowledge I am confidant that not only will it work fine, but should there be any issues he will immediately take corrective action. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them. BTW, I had called two other companies--one of them took 3 days to call me back and the 3rd I still have not not heard from!"
