In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to. "The plumber tech Riccie Gray showed up promptly at the the appointment time. He was very polite and professional. I needed a drain leak repaired from an upstairs bathroom tub. He was able to promptly detect and locate the source of the leakage and do the repair. He was very attentive to listen to my concerns and questions concerning the repair process and did address and answered each in a professional manner. Overall a good experience. In the process of checking the lines, the representative from Tioga discovered that the "new" plumbing under my house had been installed incorrectly and was causing backflow into my house. The "new" plumbing was installed in 2019. With the information given to me by the HONEST PLUMBER and COMPETENT PLUMBER sent by Tioga, I would not have been able to have these issues corrected by the first company. Although I didn't hire them this time, I will definitely call them when I build my new home."
