"I had a leaky gas shut- off valve on the gas line to my fireplace . After getting a few estimates, where people were asking $90 for coming over and giving an estimate, I was fortunate to find Facilities Plumbing and talked to Robert, who agreed to come over and provide a free estimate. He arrived at the appointed time and put on shoe covers before entering the house. Since the valve is located behind the drywall, he explained that he would have to cut the drywall in order to access and look at the valve. He gave an estimate for this part. After cutting open the drywall, he tested the valve for the leak and showed me the leak. This valve is situated such that it would have taken a whole day to replace it and would have involved cutting more drywall and 4x2s. Robert suggested that he can try to fix the valve to which I gladly agreed. He did, and fixed the valve and made sure there was no more leak. The whole job took a little over an hour and I ended up saving lot of money and headache. In addition, the job is guaranteed for 4 years which is way more than industry average. I am so glad I found Facilities Plumbing. I would hire them for all my future plumbing work. Robert is very friendly, pleasant and competent plumber. I wholeheartedly recommend him."

"We sequentially hired two different handyfolk to fix our leaking washing machine. The second person successfully diagnosed that it was not a problem with the washing machine, but a clogged drain line. We evaluated several plumbers via Angi.com. Based on reviews we went with Jay, the owner of Precise Plumbing. Boy were we satisfied. The drain line was tied into a primary drain line, which was OK by code, but miserable in practice, as there is no way to snake it. Jay was able to figure out an efficient and elegant solution based on his years of experience. We now have a barely visible trap in our garage wall. "The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"
