"I hired Andy from Apex to assist me with major home repairs from an insurance claim for my master bathroom and kitchen floor below it. Andy is a TOTAL BULLDOG with the insurance companies. Like WOW. He knows the State Laws so well and quotes them verbatim to the insurance adjuster for you when they tried not to give me my full entitlement based on my policy I had been paying on for years. Andy not only fought for me to get every penny I was entitled to from my insurance company, but his team also remediated and repaired my home in record time. I was VERY happy with how Andy fought for me not just for a week, or two weeks, but for MONTHS with my adjuster to ensure I got what I was entitled to. I honestly never hired someone who actually cared that much about getting not only the job done, but getting me my full insurance benefits that I wasn't even aware I was entitled to. And BOY did the insurance company push back the entire process. But Andy stood FIRM, assertive, and handled it! "

"We could not be happier with the work performed by Grant, Keith and their team. They were professional throughout the entire process from quote to clean up. The main reason for this project was that our roof had had leaks and ice damming for quite a few years. A previous contractor had done substandard repairs to our chimney after hurricane damage, and the flashing leaked ever since that work was done. We got quotes for the roof repair from three contractors, and Built Well provided the most detailed and cost-effective quote of the three. Because of their professionalism we also had them replace our cedar shingle siding, which was dried and damaged. One really nice touch was that we had a really ugly central air conditioning pipe going up the side of the house, clad in a downpipe. Built Well opened up the wall sheathing and hid that piping inside the wall -- what a difference! The team went the extra mile, paying special attention to some of the finer details of the trim work. I wish i could add photos to this review, because the house is beautiful (with a roof that no longer leaks!). I would not hesitate to recommend Grant and Keith, and will work with them if ever I need any other major work done to the house."

The CSZ crew, Armondo and Benjamin were also a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up at the end of each work day. I came home on the last day of work and everything was complete, even railings that I had not seen or approved. Initially, I didn't want to make them redo it. I thought I could live with it. I paid in full and they left. Ernesto called my husband to make sure we were happy. Everything seemed great, the work was well done, and everyone was professional. However, a few days later I realized I really hated the materials they chose for me. When my husband called back to see if they could change out the railings for us, they said it would cost about $500. I know I paid in full and approved the job, but after $8,000 worth of work, I thought it distasteful to be charged more money to change out materials that I never approved in the first place. I recommend their work, but be sure you approve every single material prior to installation. <br />"
