"We recently remodeled our master bath, and we chose King Remodeling for our prime contractor. We never regretted the choice. At the beginning, King gave us a proposal that demonstrated they clearly understood what the job was in detail. The scope for the project was clearly defined, and the costs were very reasonable. We had five estimates for the job, and King's was the best. However, in any remodel, getting a good initial quote is probably the easy part. The hard part is how well the contractor performs, how he handles changes, and what happens when problems arise (and problems will always arise). I've done a lot of subcontracting over the years, and very often by the end of the project the customer and the contractor can't wait to be rid of each other and probably aren't even talking to each other anymore. Not so with King. King Remodeling handled all of the remodel issues spectacularly.
