"It took 3 service calls to solve the problem. 2 trips can be understandable as one trip involved replacing a defective ring, but 3 trips should not be necessary. This is especially so since a running toilet is a common problem. Also, on one of the calls their office said a service person would arrive b//t 2-4 and he came at noon. I will say on the third trip they sent 3 service personnel showing their concern."

"Didn't go with tanklees water heater, cost was outside our budget, ended up with standard 40 gallon heater. Everything went great, no drips, no runs, no errors. Technicians were great, no complaints."

"He replaced our water softener in the time frame he said and disposed of the old one. Did an efficient job."

"The repair was done efficiently at a very fair price. I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!"
